Wire-wrapped pendant featuring polished tiger's eye stone

Wire wrapped pendant featuring featuring polished tiger's eye stone. The tiger's eye specimen used for this jewelry came from South Africa and was tumbled in my lapidary studio from a natural rough to a smooth shine. This particular piece has beautiful, pronounced banding running vertically down the stone. This stone is in classic shades of this variety of stone, Ranging from a warm medium brown to a near black brown, creating a lovely contrast that shows off the beauty in the structure of this stone.
