This (likely Canadian) pattern is marked for size 12 only. It is uncut and complete as far as I have been able to confirm. This 80s day-to-night look features patterns for an evening dress in two different lengths and a puffed sleeve bolero style jacket. There is definitely some age wear on the envelope but the pattern itself and instructions are in good shape inside. There is a retailer's stamp on the cover.

Body measurements given for their size 12: 
Bust: 34" (87cm)
Waist: 26.5" (67cm)
Hip: 36" (92 cm)
Back (neck to waist): 16.25" (41.5 cm)
