Coconut Lonely Cup Candle: Vintage Sterling China Porcelain Demitasse Cup with Hand-Poured Candle

The cup is a singleton refugee from a tea set that was made and sold by the company Sterling China, a Japanese fine porcelain producer. This charming vintage cup features a delicate silver (I cannot say if this is silver colored or sterling silver, details were not available in my research) field of daisies with embellishment around the outside of the rim. Based on the style of the maker's mark, this cup was likely produced in either the 1950s or 1960s.

The candle itself is handcrafted with a 60% palm wax and 40% fully-refined paraffin wax blend. The coconut scent comes from the company P&J Trading, and it is phthalate-, paraben-, and cruelty free. It has also been rigorously safety tested specifically for use in candles and scent warmers.
